As posted elsewhere, how about the next protest being a polite but vocal welcoming party to escort Meire from the station to the ground (might have to be some early risers). Would make a good picture, Meire surrounded by happy CAFC supporters with banners, dressed in black and white. The question would be whether she could maintain the grin all the way to the ground.

We would be accused of 'inciting a riot'

This could be the first step in making the club "unmanageable" as suggested by Rick Everitt. It would be a logistical nightmare for her that would likely involve having to employ extra staff. At the very least it would prove to her that we have the ability to make her life as miserable as she is making ours.

We can't e-mail it as they delete all fan e-mails!

I agree, it's about making her life as uncomfortable as possible without personal abuse, threats, even bad language. Just getting the point across we have been here a lot longer than her, will still be here when she is CEO of a Belgian supermarket, and are not going to let up.

We can't e-mail it as they delete all fan e-mails!

In this case they would be in trouble if they deleted or ignored a request for personal data under the DPA.

The rules are very clear. A request about your personal data submitted to an organisation (doesn't need to be sent to the 'correct' person, just submitted to the organisation) must be responded to in the specified time. The request does not need to specify that this is a DPA request.

All searchable information related to the individual must be be given in response and in the appropriate time.

Failure to do so would put the organisation under threat of penalty from the Information Commissioner. If there is evidence of this being deliberate and wholesale, then the penalty can be significant.

What is the specified time please. I sent my email a couple of days ago so would like to monitor response.

When I visited the OS this morning, I noticed that Adblock Plus had blocked a total of 33 adverts!

Blocking these ads presumably costs the club income?

They have 40 days within which to respond with the information requested.
