Very sad and sudden to hear the passing of Ed Stewart.As some on also in their Seventies I grew up listining to Pirate Radio and then Radio 1 in 1967.Thoughts with his family at this sad time.

Very sad. Met him at a charity lunch a few years ago, he did a lot for Wireless For The Blind Fund. Nice man and lifelong Everton supporter I believe. RIP.0

I met ED along with my mates in la manga a few years ago , we was all sitting round the pool chatting Ed disappeared and came back with 8 beers for us all he was with his family but still had time for us and we had a really good laugh top bloke , RIP ED my deepest sympathy to his family .1
