Delaying the start of a match.

I have been thinking, every now and then the start of a game is delayed due to events like traffic delays near the ground.
If there was several thousand people protesting outside the ground right up until the kick off time, then surely them rushing in is a possible safety risk and reason to delay the start?
Could we get away with causing a "delay" to the kick off time by all refusing to enter the ground until 3pm?

    Nope cos it'll be seen as your own fault seeing that your at the Stadium, only time they'll delay a game is if its beyond fan control

    But the turnstiles are going to be automatic and will pause after every fan goes in so that'll stop any crushes unless some strange fan in the queue wants to create unneccessary injuries

    Throwing paper/toilet roll etc onto the pitch all at once would delay it due to the clean up ....

    The ground can cope with 27000 leaving at once. 2000 going the other way controlled by turnstiles isn't really a problem

    Yesterday as you will agree Redchaser was a bizarre day,
    that i thought for a while we were going to send on a outfield player !
