Elmstead Lane Bromley - are there still traffic problems there due to a water leak ?

Sorry to be boring, but I need to go from Bromley to Woolwich tonight and the tail backs were horriffic, a couple of nights ago.

Has anyone gone that way today & is it still bad ?
