The Associated Press (Yahoo) and Independent (Prague's link) stories are reporting exactly the same thing, with their own twist on the news.
The major point that stuck out to me in the AP article is in the last line:
"Twelve of the 73 suspects are linked to sexual crimes"
The various reports and social media comments suggested that there were hundreds of men in gangs sexually assaulting women in Cologne on NYE. Was that not the case?
Every time you order a glass of kolsch they draw a line on your beer mat. This was from my stag weekender - there were several like this. It looks impressive until you realise the glass holds less than a half pint and there's more than a dozen of you drinking.
