José Riga is calling for his squad to be strong minded when they take on Cardiff City at The Valley on Saturday.
After a hugely-impressive victory at Rotherham United a fortnight ago, Charlton suffered a disappointing defeat against Bristol City in SE7 last weekend - a result that saw them slip to the bottom of the Championship.
And the Head Coach says that his side will have to find a regular level of consistency if they are to pull themselves to safety this season.
“Most of the players did not play at a good level last Saturday and that is why it was a big frustration,” he said. “I understand the feelings of the fans because I felt the same.

In fairness, he may just have had a long meeting with Roland - an experience which would surely take the air out of anyone's tyres.
Vetokele, Lookman and Big Mak is definitely better than what he had last time but clean sheets keep you up and in Hamer, Morrison, Devite etc he had the tools to keep those, which I'm not sure he does this time round sadly...
