Works for employer, isn't happy with state of company, leaves.

As a supporter I certainly feel for her. And if her claims about how staff are treated can be substantiated, then that's certainly not good, and should be looked in to. Villa would not be alone in this, the number of Premier League clubs who don't pay a living wage is disgusting.

But if she left because she doesn't like the attitude of the players or management, then that makes her like any other employee. Good for her for quitting to ease her conscious. I've just left my job where I was quite well paid but didn't particularly like the owners, the way I was treated, the way those "below" me were treated, or the direction (or lack thereof) of the company. This is just part of being a professional.

This all has a feeling of "LOOK WHAT FOREIGN OWNERS AND FOREIGN PLAYERS HAVE DONE TO OUR HISTORIC FOOTBALL CLUBS" about it.
