What got me was the fact it could hit 100mph in 1923.
Alongside an inter city train at Kings X that does a similar speed.0 -

Apologies for being picky, but the class 91 in question has a service speed of 125mph, although it was designed for 140mph; It is restricted due to infrastructure constraints.
