Murray and his Loans

He is very quiet in general, but as the largest creditor in the Ex DIrector's loans, which according to Airman he is owed £3mn. What is his position ,would he talk to a buyer if it wasn't Varney? or is that conditional on a seat on the board?
According to Voice of the Valley Chapple,Sumners and Whitehand who again according to Airman have a similar amount combined to Murray, have stated publicly they would talk to anybody interested in buying the club, one can only assume if asked David White who has been supportive apparently of protests would be open to discussions too, David Hughes of London broncos and close to Martin Simon I assume would be advised by him ,who is also sympathetic so that only leaves Sir Maurice Hatter and who knows his views ,but he used to sit with Murray before Murray and Katrien move under cover, so he might be a club ally.
So if it all goes bad and we as expected get relegated, what are you going to do Mr Murray, as Noel would say Deal or no Deal?

Which question do you want answered first?

Murray wasn't sitting wit KM on Sunday. She had a security bloke on either side of her. Maybe Murray was on the other side of them security guys but the camera didn't catch it.

Why does he have to do anything? His "loan" is only repayable if we get to the Premier League (some chance!) so it will just sit there, while we toil in the lower reaches on the FL. RD will not sell the Valley (the only other way RM could get his money back), so these loan amounts are pretty insignificant until RD decides to sell the club. Only at that point do they come into play as a charge against the ground, which any new buyer (with us in at least League 1) would probably be happy to take onboard.

So if you bought the Club, you wouldn't want control over assets?, you would just place your loans right behind Murray and Co just like Roland, leaving all your investment with no security? R.D can't sell Valley as Murray and Co have mortgage which he would have to pay off. They are very significant if we are relegates,as RD loans become no better than Equity with no assets other than players, and if he wants out any buyer with a Brain will want to buy back Ex Directors Loans,of which Murray has £3mn . So why if Varney wanted to buy club and we assume talk to Ex Directors about Loans ,otherwise why did 3 say let's talk?, did Murray not want to talk about his Loan?

Thanks, good to hear sense from the Finance Director. Makes sense now what you meant by "quasi equity".

For a second there, i thought we'd brought in a 20 goal striker on loan.
I keep forgetting Murray is a Zero now, not a hero.

Don't worry, we can just pay Judas his 30 pieces of silver and he can be happy with that.
