Just received an automated acknowledgement to my own request for further info and background to the most recent 'statement' - let's see if I get a proper response.
Hello, Thank you for getting in touch. Just to let you know your email has been received and a member of our team will be in touch as soon as they can. Best wishes, Charlton Athletic Football Club.
During our L1 promotion season the club ran a Twitter competition where you had to guess which players were behind a set of Chris Powell masks. I won the competition and was supposed to be sent a Chris Powell mask signed by the man himself. I never received said mask therefore I shall email now to ask for it.

if you get a response, copy and paste the automated acknowledgement and reply with it - that's what I'm going when they reply to to the email I sent them asking for a signed picture of Mel Baroni.
My email, which I have also put on the statement website.
I am writing to show my annoyance at the letter addressed to me (and other fans!) and put up on the CAFC website.
Firstly it is not true that I didn't go the Valley to support the team. Evidence at the game and on TV shows that most supporters were the same. The support for the team has always been very strong bearing in mind our poor position in the league. It is true to say that we also came to ensure that the owner, management and general footballing public are under no illusion as to our dissatisfaction as to the way the our club is being run at the moment. This action was supported almost completely by every supporter present and the many thousands who are not attending because of their total disillusionment with the present management (it is so sad many are currently boycotting or just not coming).
Secondly, I am astounded that the CEO should continue to defend herself and in particular her comments from the Dublin seminar.
Finally, I am even more astounded at the comment about who the club should be sold to. A comment made as if it would not be possible to find a buyer. It has been very public that Peter Varney is in contact with a potential serious and credible buyer. Other potential buyers are also rumoured.
I would be very interested in the clubs comments on the above.
As it stands it is very unlikely I, or the group of friends I go to games with, will be likely to renew our season tickets for future years while the current ownership and management an in place.

In the words of Jim Bowen, Take a look at what you could have won!
CARD don't want to engage in dialogue do they ? Or is it just to create inconvenience and a load of work for some poor sod (who isn't RD or KM).
The point is:
1. To pour more ridicule on Roland and through that, seek the sale of the club and the removal of KM as CEO. 2. To contribute to making the club "unmanageable" in order to dishearten the senior management team and hasten their departure.
Ridicule, yes. My professional background is in psychiatry, and I suspect that RD does not only lie somewhere fairly high on the autistic spectrum but also has pronounced narcissistic traits. Ridicule seems far more likely to get under his skin than any amount of violent hostility. We should definitely ramp up the ridicule, and ensure it comes home to him.

Yep that was it. I won the Twitter version. Will update you on what they do to appease me.

They'll probably send you a Pinnochio mask signed by Squirrel Face (if you're really lucky they might throw in a beach ball to make up for the delay)
As a very loyal and long term fan (feels great to be a fan again I tells ya!), I would just like to tell you that I feel we both need and deserve better communication from the club.
If you agree, please prove you've listened by doing the following:
1. Tell me you've listened to me and other fans.
2. Promise communication will be better in the future.

I thought I'd take a different slant, so will be using the info@ address. We'll see if I get a reply.
I currently have a seasonal pass for the West Stand car park. It costs £800. Can I ask whether the club will be paying any compensation with regard to the lengthy delays suffered when attempting to leave the car park at the end of games on account of the on-going protests? On that point, can you also provide any guarantees regarding the unfettered use of the car park next season? There would seem to be no point on spending a large sum of money only to be seriously inconvenienced does there? I'll then add something about the outstanding Bournemouth vouchers fiasco and ask when they are going to fulfill their promises.
(I'm not, of course, actually renewing the car park pass or getting season tickets until such time as they have gone. Say goodbye to £1450, Katrein.)
I wish for all my details to be removed from your database. I have supported Charlton Athletic since 1970, including having season tickets at both Selhurst and Upton Parks.
The current ownership of MY club have ruined everything.
I am also disappointed that I was not one of those who have met with the owner, please remind me when and where these meetings took place ?
Please let me know how I go about removing myself from your system / computers ASAP.
I'm not sure whether it's a good idea to continue to disrupt matches. Indeed, I cannot determine whether such action is likely to hasten the sale of the club. So can you help me?
If continuing the disruption of matches and long, noisy, post-game protests at The Valley are going to ensure that the feeble-minded, cantankerous old fool *will* sell up, can you tell me? Obviously you might prefer not to confirm directly, so why not tell me in "code"?
If you think he'll sell if we carry on, just reply to this email with the words "Thank you for getting in touch. Just to let you know your email has been received and a member of our team will be in touch as soon as they can".
Anyway, I've had a crack. Not that I expect a response now.
With regard to this statement - http://www.cafc.co.uk/news/article/statement-3009419.aspx - posted on the club website on the evening of 15 March 2016, could you please explain how this squares with your desire for me to spend £325 on renewing my season ticket?
I wasn't at the match on Sunday - I have broken my ankle and am unlikely to make many more matches this season - but have full respect for the demonstrating fans. They are not the ones seeking to destroy the club. They are well-organised, passionate and imaginative. Everything the current ownership of Charlton Athletic is not. I am proud to have given the protesters some small assistance at recent matches and hope to be able to assist them again before the season is out.
I actually live in Charlton - my flat is within earshot of the Valley. Both my parents grew up in SE7, and I inherited my support from my grandfather. It pains me to see the club run into the ground. After sixteen-and-a-half seasons, I will not be renewing until both you and Mr Duchatelet have departed.
By deliberately seeking to antagonise fans, neither you nor Mr Duchatelet are fit to run a Football League club, and I hope your behaviour will be investigated.
I also attach the letter I sent you in December 2015, outlining my concerns with your stewardship of the club. I am still awaiting your response to that
I have been made aware of the recently vacated post of Head of Communications. I'd like to introduce myself, outline what I can bring to your organisation and officially register my interest. Firstly, I believe I am the right candidate for not only the position, but your organisation as a whole.
My illustrious career has been characterised by my unique approach to customer engagement, using my trademark'ed techniques known as the "Fuck'em'all Methodology". This groundbreaking new methodology has been proven to advance the brand value of other great and trusted sporting organisations such as FIFA. To underline this radical approach to PR, I even have a catchphrase: "Silence speaks a thousand words, drunken statements paint a picture"..."

Subject: Concerning the future sale of Charlton Athletic FC
Dear sirs
At what price would the owner be willing to sell the football club?
Kind regards

5. Sell the club and fuck off. Pretty please?
