he may be boring to watch and I do agree whole heartedly, but the boy can box and is very very technically gifted0

Mayweather just entered the ring for his exhibition fight with Japanese kickboxing superstar Tenshin Nasukawa
3 x 3 minute rounds, boxing rules, no judges, no record on the line
$9 million fee0 -
Floyd comes out smiling, throwing looping shots, messing around.
Japanese champion looks serious, having said all week he wants to KO Floyd.
3 knockdowns inside 2 minutes and Mayweather is dancing in the ring. Nasukawa in tears.
The best boxers of a generation couldn’t best Floyd, why do these guys from other combats think they stand a chance?0 -
At least it made MacGregor look positively heroic. Absolute joke of a fight.stackitsteve said:Floyd comes out smiling, throwing looping shots, messing around.

Would love someone to knock Mayweather out though0 -
If not for the referee holding him back at every opportunity for the first four rounds I think Hatton could have got Mayweather into some serious bother.1

Pacquiou was the only boxer of his generation that may have beaten him.
That is why he avoided him until he was past his best.
Hatton was as brave as a lion I'll give you that.1 -
I don't think anyone was close to Mayweather at any point through his career. Think Pacman was quality but couldn't have him beating mayweather at any point. Mayweather just too classy and Pacman struggled to carry hi power up to welterweight. About 10 years without a stoppage I believe.1

You could make a very slim case for Zab Judah beating him, that fight was mayhem. Made even better when Judah thumped Floyd in the balls and Floyd's uncle jumped in then all hell broke loosecs1986 said:I don't think anyone was close to Mayweather at any point through his career. Yeah Judah was a very close fight on mayweathers way up. May actually give it a rematch tbfCarter said:

The full 'fight' for anyone who wants to see the complete farce from yesterday. Can't blame Floyd, if idiots want to keep throwing money at him, the guy isn't gonna say no.

DeGale v Eubank Jr now confirmed for ITV Box Office - Feb 23rd @ O2stackitsteve said:Al Haymon and PBC deal with ITV starts in January. 3 year deal, 15 fight cards per year from US and UK.
ITV have confirmed shows will feature on ITV 4, ITV 1 and Box Office, depending on each card.
Uzcategui v Plant (Jan 13th) and Broner v Pacquiao (Jan 19th) both free to air on itv4
Wouldn’t be surprised if the rumoured DeGale v Eubanks goes ahead on box office as part of this deal. Both guys worked with Al Haymon in the past or still with him.0 -
You were right mate. PPV for that load of old tosh? Good luck.0
-
People moaned about Delboy vs Whyte PPV... That takes the piss, it is barely a headline fight!0
-
Not a fan of streaming fights but i'll give this one a go as i'm not paying for that.
Expect a lot of aggro in the build up as this will be a tough sell.1 -
that is taking the pissstackitsteve said:

Is it allowed to want both to lose? DeGale for me, on points0
-
De gale will beat him and that will be the end of jr thanks be to god I am not sure I can put up with another bout of listening to how deverstating he is going to look and how brutal he will dismantle his opponent
And then putting out more examples of how many times in one min he can hit something that doesn’t move

De Gale Will end up looking good against him too. Eubank junior keeps getting these fights and DeGale is a big fight for any British boxer I think ITV will stick with him regardless of whether he loses to DeGale or not because there are am astonishing amount of wallies who like Eubanknth london addick said:De gale will beat him and that will be the end of jr thanks be to god I am not sure I can put up with another bout of listening to how deverstating he is going to look and how brutal he will dismantle his opponent

Good to see that Eubank Jr has finally decided he needs to get a trainer in for this fight.0

I think a lot of people are underestimating James Degale trust me I am not his biggest fan but he has won me over more in the recent past being humble and honest , late 2016 I got to see him in camp preparing for his Jan last yr fight against JackCarter said:

He is when pushed and in front of a real challenge a very decent fighter with a lot of power and is very skilled
His injury although serious is repaired I hear he is in excellent shape
One to watch what price he is given as I believe wrongly the bookies will by fight night have Eubank favorite0 -
Bookies have already made Eubank favourite. Every bookie has him odds on.nth london addick said:

Eubank favourite... I may put some money down on this (not gambled for cash in many years). I think DeGale is a very good boxer who has had a decent career without being particularly popular at home. Eubank will get schooled like he was against Groves (despite him now having a trainer and Groves being better than "chunky")0
-
Styles make fights of course. George did (and would again) beat Chunky, and he schooled junior - but DeGale's style will suit Eubank better and I would not back against Eubank winning.McBobbin said:Eubank favourite... I will be all in come fight night. Degale wins0

Exactly this... I think eubank will keep him moving, make him throw and tire and try to do him late using superior fitnessbobmunro said:

Eubank and DeGale do have something in common that they like to swing away when someone is in range and standing still and DeGale likes to sit on the ropes which Eubank will love.
I'll be putting money on DeGale winning a decision I don't think he has the power to stop Eubank0 -
I take your point. However, I will back against it. £1. If I can figure out how to log into my willhill account after 10 years...bobmunro said:

Far more knolegable people on this thread than me.
But.
Eubank wins all day long0 -
Looks like Khan has chosen the Crawford fight over one with Kell Brook
Much harder fight, reportedly for less money too.
Got to respect Amir for taking on Crawford, my guess is he believes the fight/payday with Brook will still be open to him even after a Crawford loss (although I’m sure he believes he can win).0
