Hi All

Considering I have never worn a pair of Football Boots or kicked a ball in my life, I though it might be an idea to have a kick around and even better if we could get a few of us together, How does next Sunday 20th May sound??

I have no idea where the best place would be so suggestions would be welcome.

I'm not actually playing, but just a suggestion...

Isn't that a bit close to the actual game? Everyone will be creaking around the Valley on the 22nd...

It is a bit close, but there's no other date really....

    I'm up for it Maria!

Somewhere around Medway good with everyone?

had this discussion with my captain and we considered it unneccessary as we intend to kick lumps out of the opposition before they get over the half way line so enabling us to reserve our energy.

I thought that - but this weekend is to close to orgainse anything and most are going up to Liverpool.

At least this way the pain gets kept to only a couple of days rather than weeks!! (I'm speaking for myself not everyone else!)

    xx

On the lines of Graham Taylor's POMO? (Lump it into the box) and kick the keeper?

Rothko - we don't need to attend this do we? The three training sessions a week that you are putting us through are enough as it is in my opinion. Besides, we're doing the half marathon that weekend aren't we?

If it's only us that are from our way - do you think it would be best to have it at Blackheath?

Nice try Sco, some people might even buy into this drivel, but your crumpled knee probably would not have survived the first training session I'd hazard a guess. :-)

I googled "Hard Tackle" and that was the recommended place and time. Genuine mistake (ahem).
