Can anybody recommend a site they use to buy football tickets?

I am looking to buy Liverpool tickets for someone's birthday.

via go go as they are guaranteed, used them for Dortmund, preferably you want paper tickets, but with ours there was a via go go pick up point where you had to collect the season tickets from and return them after the game.
