Just guessing, but I'd have thought it went to the first one to get their third goal. Though in this day and age there's often more than one ball used in a game, so no reason that they couldn't both have one.
They would both get one. With the multi ball system its highly unlikely that a player would score 3 goals with the same ball anyway so 2 players doing it with same ball is even more unlikely.
I doubt anybody our strikers even touch the ball 3 times anyway.
I'm sure if a player scores 3 and another scores 4 the player with 3 doesn't officially get the match ball. (Obviously multi ball means they would both get one anyway)
