Barry Bannan
Sorry if this has already been mentioned but I was shocked that a supposedly professional football player should be acting this way

He may laugh now but I bet we'll sign him up in the summer. That will fucking teach him.35

He's tweeted four times today and once yesterday, none of them have been about Charlton. I think your mate's having you on.0
-
I saw this - how odd. Karma for what? He was put on his arse by Holmes-Dennis (I think), could he mean that?
Edit:

It was posted on the 'post match views' and then it was mentioned that he'd deleted it.1

Seen a screen shot - he's since deleted it.Chizz said:He's tweeted four times today and once yesterday, none of them have been about Charlton. I think your mate's having you on.

As a Scottish football fan I find it bloody hilarious that Barry Bannan would try and mock others for falling short of expectations.
How's that career going Barry ? Remember when you were in the Premier League ? How many caps have you won in one of the worst Scotland teams of all time ?
Charlton will be back, Bannan is finished.13 -
My understanding is that Palace fans dislike us for the way we celebrated sending them down, so the karma thing could be that. Edit: also, did he get injured in that video? Looks like his leg got caught and maybe twisted his knee.0

No one can understand Palace fans, don't pretend you can.JiMMy 85 said:My understanding is that Palace fans dislike us for the way we celebrated sending them down, so the karma thing could be that. Received two recordings from the away end at Old Trafford on what'sapp earlier:
1. Sha la la la la la la la, who's fucking laughing now?
and
2. Let's all laugh at Charlton...
I'm assuming "Brighton - We only hate Brighton" wasn't sung?!5 -
Oh that's who he is. I saw the tweet when it posted in the other thread and didn't have a clue what his problem was.daveydanger said:I saw this - how odd. Karma for what? He was put on his arse by Holmes-Dennis (I think), could he mean that?
Edit:
Pathetic little chap, stupid tweet just because a young lad embarrassed him. THD was playing an absolute blinder that day, it's not his fault that Barrrryyyyyy fell over and injured himself - muppet.0 -
Karma for what? Him falling on his arse?2
-
It's the palace and Millwall fans taking the piss out of us that I can't take, worse thing is we get a opportunity to play them, and we shit ourselves, palace early on in the season was a real low point for me!.1
-
I imagine it was the follow up tweet that probably pissed him off more.... And I can't blame him really. Although it was funny at the time you really can't whinge about his tweet.

I'm not sure we should get all that annoyed by the options of a convicted drink driver.10

Who cares we have bigger league 1 fish to fry (or whatever the saying is)1

Barry who?5

Have fun at the Euros Barry. Awp maybe not0

Sending Palace down was one of the highlights of the last 30 years. It was a fantastic feeling being there and anyone who thinks we are "paying" for our arrogance now is a mug. You have to enjoy the good times because there ain't that many!12

Barry Bannan is a fud.0

I don't think they had much reason to hate us until then. They certainly claimed to be indifferent. Don't get me wrong, I detest them and cannot take the club seriously on any level, but I fully understand why these idiots are enjoying our demise.Riviera said:Sending Palace down was one of the highlights of the last 30 years. We would have gone absolutely, insanely nuts had they revelled in our faces after relegating us, after all.0 -
Would have said "fair play" to the lad but he waited all that time to write the tweet only to remove it almost instantly. If you're going to write something on social media, either think before you type or have the grapefruits to keep it up. Otherwise you just look rather silly when the inevitable happens and someone screenshots it.7

Nothi g can take away that Fortune moment. We maybhave gone down but we sent them down. Two very different things.8
-
Karma? We've now been relegated three times since fortune's goal sent them down ffs, I think we've done our share of karma!5
-
As I understand it, the Nigel's had little or no reason to hate us up until that legendary relegation. Indeed it was the other way round I think. A lot of Charlton fans I know hate Palarse because of the way Ron Noades (I think) tried to bleed us dry while we were lodging at his hovel of a ground. Apparently the rent was extortionate. A Palarse mate at work was in the home end that day and still says that was the worst day of his life, football wise. For them that's when it started.3
