Good blend of youth and experience.
How simple that is.
Yet this regime takes a whole season to replace the UK scout and is about to appoint their 7th head coach.6 -
Expecting good things from Luton over the next few years, seems they will finally be moving away from that vile stadium too.1

Good luck to Luton. Hope they start to make their way back up the Football League now.
Two very shrewd appointments there.
It's really that simple Katrien.0 -
Hang on lets see if it actually works first. The Red Robin said:Good luck to Luton. Hope they start to make their way back up the Football League now.

In the same vein it could all go horribly tits up and see Luton heading the other way, you never know with Football (surely we've all been taught that lesson by Leicester this year).
Especially as Jones (sadly) hasnt set the world on fire there yet2 -
Either way, I'm sure they'll be more successful than Guy Luzon, Bob Peeters, Karel Fraeye and Jose Riga all were at Charlton.ForeverAddickted said:

Paul Hart's track record at a first team level is pretty mixed, so it'll be interesting what his job entails. His real forte does seem to to be youth teams and academies

Funny that he owns a part share in a football agency. Funny that so many of his young players get signed up by that agency too.killerandflash said:Paul Hart's track record at a first team level is pretty mixed, so it'll be interesting what his job entails. If he was good at fixing cars, would it be strange that he opened a garage ?

I think that the point being made is more in there being a conflict of interest in being an academy coach and also having a player management agency.shine166 said:

It's a little bit more like the conflict of interest (potential/perceived) between running a garage, servicing cars, and doing MOT checks - though in Northern Ireland, the latter is done by the State.shine166 said:

We haven't missed Hart since he left.0

Good appointment that. Wouldn't matter who we get if Roly is still picking the players though!0
