Reminds me very much of a modern day Chris Lewis, there is definitely some talent there, but probably not enough to be a regular international contributor. You could probably put him in the same box as Chris Woakes, Rikki Clarke and a few other bowling all rounders, who never quite made the grade at the top level.

Just to clarify my point, I meant that he is obviously a good athlete, fine fielder and has some ability with both bat and ball.
However he is just too inconsistent and fragile to bring it out regularly.
