Banners/designing and printing of flyers

I am looking into getting some flyers designed and printed to advertise my local tennis (Bexleyheath) club open day on 16 July and possibly also a banner similar in size to CARD's large "Time to go Roland and Katrien" one.

Can someone advise me of likely costings and who to contact to design and produce such flyers etc please? I don't really have much of a budget, so looking to try to achieve some publicity at as low a cost as possible. Probably only need about 200 A4 sized flyers, but a few A3 ones as well to put in windows of newsagents and on public noticeboards would be good too.
