Wolves about to be bought by chinese billionaire Robin Li (4th richest man in China)
Jorge Mendes (Ronaldo's agent) is apparently brokering the deal.
Wants to get rid of Kenny Jackett and appoint an ex-Porto boss as manager and they're now apparently linked with a championship record 20m bid for a Benfica player who is managed by Mendes.
Why can't a chinese billionaire buy us?!!

Appropos of nothing - I still raise a smile when I read things like China having a 4th richest man.
Marx, Lenin and Trotsky must be turning in their graves
Do people seriously think a Chinese Billionaire is going to be any better
Leicester City ownership seems to understand Leicester pretty well. The Italians at Watford know how to run a football club. Foreign owners can easily run and support a successful and ambitious club.
But I left him out of that group because, like Stalin, he had already subverted the Communist idyll to the cult of personality and an insular " anti- socialist" one nation corruption of it.
Edit - sorry I have gone way oiff topic
As Gary said, if the owner is going out and spending 20m on players then definitely yes.
Mendes is also Mourinho's agent, so possibly there's a chance for them to get some Man U players in on loan too.
We need to appeal to them - change the badge to a samurai sword? change our name to Charlton Chow Mein? change our nickname from Addicks to "Tasty Dogs"
There should be government intervention, foreigners only allowed to buy British clubs and import managers and players provided they also make an equivalent investment in British industry and R & D
Or am I getting confused with half-wit?
FFP was made pretty meaningless after QPR got let off with something like an 8m fine, instead of the 50-60m they should've been fined.
Roland probably rejected the football enthusiastic Chinese billionaire...... as he was about to hand over the business for 60million, a satisfactory amount way over what he could have ever hoped for, he all of a sudden had this daunting suspicion that they had this mad intention to move Charlton away from the valley.
Huh (the Roland catchphrase) light bulb
Roland knows how important it is that Charlton play at the valley....
Aside from now being in a higher division, i don't see any other reason how they're a more attractive purchase than we would be.
Why couldn't they have bought us last summer?!
If you were RD you'd be looking at that thinking i surely have to get us back up so i can sell and go.
