    Nice article, notwithstanding the quaint notion that the Euro 16m transfer fee for Berbatov would have covered our player payroll several times over and a slightly erroneous version of Curbs' departure.

    well that has pissed me off, do your bloody research.. berbatovs 16 mill euros would have covered our seasons spending several times over my arse, not sure the exact figure but we spent 12 mill in summer and at least another 3 in jan so thats about 20 right?

    To be fair, it does actually stay it would cover the payroll several times over. Which is still bollocks, but slightly less so....
