its like the ice bucket challenge but its a tad harder than just throwing a cold bucker of water of your bonce. For the 22 service men who have taken their own lives re PTSD.

22 press ups for 22 days ,videoed (or pics) and nominating others.

I was nominated at the start of July, really enjoyed it though it's difficult to film yourself doing press ups front on without looking like you're in an adult movie.
