Yep Finley Lapper. I think he’s still an U16. Suppose he’ll be back up keeper to Logan Williams for the U18s this season with no GK coming through as a first year scholar.Henry Irving said:Otto on the bench

Finley Lapper's definitely an u16. He used to play in the school team with my son.2

The u21s contracted are also included the EFLs squad lists document, I noticed Nehmani McNamee-Burke isn’t there. I believe that means he’s still on a youth contract for now and hasn’t signed pro.
He was in the club’s academy update when all but one 2nd year was kept on. The wording was that they “remained under contract”, which covers them signing pro or remaining on a scholarship.
He’s 18 and now part of the u21 squad so it’s not about his age.
Maybe it’s just a Burke thing.
I hadn’t seen much of him until the three streamed games this season but thought he stood a bit more than others - he’s a big unit, looked reliable in possession and did his job defensively. Played LCB and LWB, which is interesting as he was called a winger when he signed.

I thought it was interesting that the players out on loan were also in the list, I’m sure there’s a good reason for it but football does have some odd administrative quirks!0

Has Emmanuel Sol-Loza been injured? Hasn't featured for the U21s for a while but was very highly thought of.0

Went 1-0 down but Edwards crossed for McMillan to equalise.
Great to see Edwards make an impact, and another goal for McMillan who's becoming a goal machine for our u21s.

Finished 2-2, Brown won a penalty, had it saved but scored the rebound to equalise.
Edwards was subbed off at half time, sounds like that was the plan.

I am also interested if Ethan Brown is good enough to cover for McNamara until Ramsay is back and available.
I’d be surprised if Brown plays for the first team this season over say Bindon or Mesik being used at RB. He’s a solid and hard working u21 player but the Championship is a huge step up.
Said before I think Valentine is the better prospect, a bit more comfortable on the ball, younger and has shown he can play on the right or left which can only help his chances of breaking through.2 -

I believe Michael Mylona is on international duty with Cyprus. Both he and his sister have represented Cyprus at youth level.Not sure about Otto Tiitinen. Transfermarkt says he’s in the Finnish U19s squad but can’t read Finnish so not sure what their official website is saying…0

The Cyprus one is way harder to check because their website seemingly gets updated about once every 2 years and all their social media graphics are obviously written in Greek. Their U19s play Moldova on Saturday so we might be able to get confirmation then0 -

Ah perfect! Mylona has put on his instagram a picture of his boots, and then the location is a stadium in Cyprus so assume he’s been called up too. Shame the OS doesn’t tell us. Always good to see the younger players getting international recognition.fenaddick said:
