Fox - 7 Good game, pushing forward more and looked confident. Needs to lose the attribute of cornering himself on the left and having to lump it long.
Konsa: 7.5 Frustrated the life out of their No. 9. A couple of schoolboy errors that didn't cost us anything as well as some good tackling, work on the ball and blocks. Think that other refs may have penalised him for little fouls a bit more.
Pearce: 7 Unspectacular, solid game at centre-half
Foley: 6.5 Good game, much better than Saturday. Will happily take 6-7s from him all season.
Crofts: 7 What the doctor ordered in CM, but gets a bit deep when we're defending - a big part of the reason they had quite a lot of pop shots from 20 yards. Good first touch, passing and decisions... "The Anti-Ba".
Jackson: 6.5 Covered grass, didn't do anything stupid and bagged a goal. Mind over matter for the 34 year-old!
Holmes: 9 About as good a performance as you'll see from a lower league winger. Forgetting the goals he drove forward, won free kicks and ran at some scared looking defenders. Pace, skill and good decision making!
Magennis: 8 Hard to give more than an 8 without him scoring, all-round good performance. Loves a little nudge before going up for a header, effective and smart.
Ajose: 5.5 Sorry Nicky, I still think you're good - but didn't contribute much, frustrated himself and was snatching at things. Missed a chance that Harry Redknapp's nan would score. His style of play will probably be prone to some low marks, doesn't matter if he scores every other week though.
Lookman: n/a That run and nutmeg.

Botaka: n/a Came on for 5, fell over the ball, interested what he'll be like but not holding out much hope.

This is a world for me where 6 is average. To explain the defensive marks - they had nothing to do really hence the by and large "average-to-good" marks, cos clean sheet.
Foley was rubbish, and the rest - well yeah it's my judgement whether you like it or loathe it!
Lookman is so so so good though.

Foley: 6 - competent and hard working. Did a decent job for the team but lacks creativity
Crofts: 6.5 - very competent. Will hopefully benefit from a run of games
Jackson: 6.5 - a tidy performance in the centre of midfield and weighed in with another goal. Tired in the second half but, by then, the game was won
Holmes: 9 - a bravura performance
Magennis: 8 - power, pace, good hold up play and very strong in the air. Worked exceptionally hard
Ajose: 5 - nothing really went for him but he takes up excellent positions and will come good
