I stayed at the NEC Hilton over the weekend and there was a Star Wars gaming convention on in one of the halls. I've never seen so many geeks/nerds in one place, they took the meaning to a whole new level. Imagine a room full of blokes who look like Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons and you'll get the picture. Bloke at the next table at breakfast had "I am Geoff Vader" printed on his T-Shirt.
Appreciate they're not doing anyone any harm and they seemed to be enjoying themselves but quite sad.
In saying that, I was up there for the classic car show so I could be thought of in the same light (my wife certainly does)
