twitter account hacked

I've just had my twitter account hacked by some woman in America posting rude comments/pictures etc
I have followed twitter help page advise and changed password, and also deleted all apps that can access account. However tweets still coming.
Any one any ideas how to stop it?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's not the woman in the pictures who hacked the account...
