    This rule about having to use 5 starters from Saturday, surely has to take into account the 2 starters who are away with their countries? Otherwise (and I know it's most unlikely) if you had 7 players called up for international duty, you would be in breech?

    I think both Luton and Portsmouth (who ignored the rules) got given £5,000 fines
