So what will our tactics be Alex?
Formation 3-5-2 4-4-2 4-4-3 or 1-3-2-4.
Will we be long ball to a target man looking for knock down with midfielders steaming through to thump the loose ball home or will it be a passing game thoughtful and considered.
Wingers or a tight narrow midfield?
Man to man or zonal marking?
Have you had the opposition (poor as they may be ) watched?
Will you be using Subbuteo or magnetic rings on a board to discuss set plays
Will you be using a flipchart
Has the kitman been arranged to lay out the kit?
Whomis providing the oranges at half time?
Sandwiches at full time?
Have you decided on the bottle of wine you will be sharing with the oppo manager?

We were going with a 4-4-4 formation with a 1-2-1-2-1-2-10 as a tactical switch mid way through the first half :)0
