Anyone know why so many managers were sacked in the wake of the ITV deal collapse? whilst finances would have been tight, it seems an unusual reason to sack managers

Getting there is easy. It's staying at the top that's the hard part.

Not while RD owns the club

Not sure if it is accurate to call RD a businessman considering the absolute failure of Charlton as a business on all fronts.

Congrats to the SMT who have made all this possible, for your next trick try f.....g off.

If ever there was statistical proof that the club doesn't learn from its mistakes.

We're top with 7, even though the old git has only been in charge since Jan 2014. If you extrapolate his sacking rate to 2012-13, the period of the main chart, we would have reached double figures by now.

Patience, we'll get there soon enough

I'm sure we will achieve that in the next 12 months.

I'm sure CARD can put it to good use for a future protest

9 by end of the season. Nugent replaced by COL in January and then he is sacked in May.

There is a trend there... out of the clubs who have sacked 4-7 Managers, only Wigan have won anything in the last season or two and have sacked their Manager this season (else they wouldnt be in that bracket themselves)

100% This. Those of you that are employed by the club who read this site should print that chart off and pin it on the wall.

It probably is accurate if you refer to his electronic switch company, but there are far more accurate words to describe him which AFKA won't want me saying on here!

The thing is Wigan had to be relegated in order to win promotion back up again so I'm not sure if that counts:-)

That's since the start of 2012/13 as well. Even worse when you consider that Powell wasn't sacked until March 2014.

Now all we need is a cup competition...

    Oh sorry, that's the Checkatrade!

Can't wait for the one from the start of the 14-15 season, we must've had double the amount of any other club?

That's what we're doing this season.
