Whilst helping to hand out some protest items today, I noticed that the anti-protest brigade have become very vitrolic. IMHO, of those that attend, about 70% seem to be in favour and very upbeat, 20% just refuse with a smile but around 10% are very vocal in their dissent. Has anyone else noticed that the naysayers seem to be losing their cool? (With apologies to oohahh for the percentages)

Needless to say, we are not in agreement.
However, I actually think the pro-regimers are increasing in numbers unfortunately. Many seem to be getting either bemused or annoyed with the protests ...plus we no longer have the impact of something new. Inevitable I guess, but we shouldn't stop.
Always been a fee apologists who mouthed off at protesters from the first 2 percent protest in any case.
Remember that. It was only 2% once but growing ever since.
As apathy sets in amongst some who are beginning to feel resigned to fate, and others lose interest, who remains? I'll give you a clue, if our attendances are now smaller than ever - does that suggest those who continue to attend are happier with the situation? Of course it does. So as a percentage those present at The Valley who are pro-regime will continue to rise. This is actually one of the only downsides I see to boycotting, although I'm doing that myself admittedly.
I'd also like to add that Twitter usage has been interesting today: I've noticed a lot of anti-CARD tweets, albeit with accounts that are either new or have under 30 followers. I suspect there may well be an underlying force that is multiplying the anti-CARD sentiments online.

With no protests we would have Nobby Vinegar or Chris O' Nil as head coach and picking Roland's team.
The schism was always going to happen and as more of the hard core fans are staying away from home matches the split was going to show up more.
The shame for Roland is if he had seen the light after 6 months and not 3 years, bridges could have been mended but when he kept Meire in the job as CEO you know that he doesn't take the Job of being the custodian of CAFC as a priority in his Business Empire.
In years to come people will say, were you a Roundhead or a Cavalier in the
war of the Flemish, customer, sofa, Pinocchio, Douchebag, Charlton till i die, manager for a month battles for our CAFC soul.

Seriously, just a couple of people that told us in no uncertain terms that we were getting boring but hey, my back's broad & I smiled the smile of the righteous
However, I do understand where @Arsenetatters is coming from. I too am feeling more & more that this is not The Valley I love. It is sadly becoming an alien place where I feel somewhat uncomfortable.
I do want our team to play well & to win but the strong views I hold regarding the way our club is being run together with the overwhelming feelings of despondency that surface every time I sit in this weirdly "empty" stadium, are seriously affecting my ability to enjoy the experience.
Apart from following the thousands of fellow sufferers who have made the decision to boycott home games - something I just can't envisage- I can only try my best to cheer on the lads & swallow my misgivings as to whether success might mean an extended reign of terror for the faithful.
And I hate myself for being unfaithful.
But I will continue to give my unfailing support to CARD for as long as it takes to unite club and fans once again.

I would have said
Knobs or Knockers ? ( too sexist)
or even Rexits or Remainers ( too Political)
