It's the music video of one song ("This Is America" by Childish Gambino) with the audio of another song ("Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen) put over the top. It's become popular in last couple of days to overlay different audio tracks over the recently released music video.
This is the first one I've seen where the audio flows with the movements of the video.
