Not sure why this guy is looked upon as a living legend. The food must have been cold after waiting 30 minutes for it. I hope that couple send that clip to MacDonald's, shocking service.

Why do you think the food would be cold after a 30 minute wait?
The food at a McDonald's does not stay under the heat lamps for more than 10 minutes in the worst of cases.
I think its more the insistence for something free that warrants the reaction... If it was cold I could understand them being pissed off as well as waiting an age but they've not bothered to check
Looks set up to me. I find my default position is to assume ‘real life’ twitter and YouTube videos are fake now. There are so many of them. It’s incredibly lame.
It's definitely fake. At what kind of McDonald's are you served like that, sitting in the car park? And since when did anybody ever have to wait 25 minutes for anything at a McDonald's.

All the time with drive thrus. Especially if you’ve special ordered something.

There is a My Mcdonalds app now where you can order before you get there now... You then either have a choice to collect either in store (not currently available), by going through the drive thru, or by parking up in a specific bay where you let them know where you're parked
Obviously it’s a generational thing, but still feels strange to me that people just record every moment, presumably just in case something happens that’s worth sharing on the internet. Have this vision of people doing this before smart phones, with a big camcorder filming every drive-through, walk down the street, order at a bar.

At every McDonalds with a carpark they serve like that if you order from the mobile app rather than through the drive through. If you order using the app you have 2 options, park in a numbered space and the food is brought out to you, or go through the drive thru and give them you're online order number.
So the video may or may not be fact, but somebody bringing the food out now happens at every McDonalds that has a car park.
Those arguing that you can get your food brought to you at McDonalds are missing the point.
The point is that it’s not a believable scenario because the actions and reactions don’t ring true. With so many of these videos, the participants just aren’t able to make it quite believable enough. Usually, one person is outraged for some reason, but they nearly always act slightly too outraged or just not outraged enough. Its just a bit pathetic that people go out and pretend something outrageous happened in order to get views or likes or whatever.

Wishing I was on this list so I wouldn't have had the misfortune to stay at Pontins Brean Sands!
