  • I said give this guy a chance - it's still early days! But for me he breeds enthusiasm and life into our club which is so needed for obvious reasons.I loved how he got the Players together at the end of the game and those of us who were there responded appropriately.Again I ask all you doubters to come back to the Valley for our biggest game of the season so farJan14th against the Scum.COYR

"I'm going to say it's still early days but actually going to ignore that point myself as I have already made up my mind and I'm going to keep saying give the bloke a chance after a good result but ignore the bad ones".
Did you love how he just fucked off down the tunnel with the players after the Millwall result without acknowledging the fans or have you chosen to ignore that one and just love how he acknowledged the fans after a win?
I await the next run of bad results with nothing said and then you repeating "It's early days but give the bloke a chance" when we next get a good result.
  • I was at at Millwall and he did come over to applaud the fans with JJ .Anyway just play on the negative .Happy new year

No he didn't, he walked towards us, looked at Johnnie who was in front of him, had second thoughts and walked away, looking over his shoulder, paused and then followed the rest. Johnnie stayed there for a couple of minutes.

    Don't rewrite history.
  • FFS mate - once again look for any negatives if it makes you happy and it obviously does

I'm not looking for negatives, I'm pulling you up for a lie.
  • Careful who you call a liar mate.KR came forward to applaud the fans and was booed by many before walking away

You have lied about millwall. He gave up and walked away.

Stop digging a hole and be bloody honest.

I like the guy but he was poor that night.
  • Glad you like him -but stop calling me a liar

    Oh dear, I give in.

Really not worth talking to you. Obviously you can never be wrong.

    Can't be bothered any longer.

Good win today. Let's just back him aye. He's likeable and plays positive football. It's been a while since I've seen us push on like we did today.
  • I think that KR is the sort of manager that Charlton need at the moment. I know that he has been criticised by many fans for being a verbose scouser, but we are getting far more information from the top about team tactics, how he sees his team selection and the formation he wants his players to play. He also points out what we lack and how we can improve.
As far as I can remember, there has never been a Charlton manager that has given so much insight and getting the fans to understand what he is trying to achieve. Sometimes I feel he is giving the opposition some help as well!
This freedom of information from the top is welcomed by me and is now starting to deliver results with 7 points out of 9 over the Christmas period.

I'm pretty sure you aren't my mate Norman Smith on account of him being a Rasta and therefore a Spurs fan.

Unless you are that Norman Smith with a fake photo.

I dunno, I thought it was pretty common knowledge that Rastafarianism derives most of its faith from Judaism and therefore a lot of football supporting Rastas Support Tottenham largely due to their strong Jewish support.

Exactly the same as I do Norman - we shouldn't forget former greats.

Is his record worse than Slade's yet?

Identical, but 3 more goals conceded. So, yes....
