I think you have a point - all the evidence is pointing the the fact that he isn't right in the head. A mad man who is angry with us and has control of the club is not a good thing. And football authorities in this country who can just let this happen give us no feeling of hope.
Ratner was answerable to, and brought down by, shareholders. Duchatalet in effect runs a dictatorship and so in answerable no nobody. Unlike Ratner, his comments have not brought the club into disrepute or hit its value. He did that a long time ago.
