If charlton is part of the 'network' does that mean it could be classified as a group and any fines for breaches would be based on the group turnover figure ? 4% of that would presumeably do some damage.

I have to state I've not looked into this and have only heard snippets of what's coming in so feel free to shoot this one straight down
