Beckenham week next week. Northants in a CC game from Monday and then Essex on 20-20 on Sunday. Remember us being awful v Northants last year with Duckett starring. Hopefully we can turn it around and get our season back on track. Will certainly make a visit for a couple of days.0

Kent's 2nd X1 wicket keeper/batsman Ollie Robinson (formerly Sidcup CC and Bexley CC but currently at Beckenham CC) received a call from David Graveney yesterday and has been called up for the England U19 squad for the series against India in July.

Bit of a surprise with our line up against Northants - Tredwell plays as does, instead of Milne, Shah (plus Denly as a third spin option) but, with no Stevens, our seam bowling attack looks rather light with just Coles, Claydon and Gidman. Hope we've prepared the wicket accordingly.
Rouse keeps the gloves and Billings plays as a batsman.
