    Posted on a Spurs board.
Ramos' quote with translation. I hope to God that's an accurate translation.

Spot on. Don't understand this obsession with Salah's injury, it looked merely a coming together, happens at all levels of football. How can one fan base be so sure he went out to injure him. Of course it has to be the self pity capital of the world.
  • It's interesting that afterwards Liverpool clearly suspected something was wrong, as they chose to send him to see the specialist.

It does suggest that the player shouldn't have been on the pitch, but as it wasn't a severe contact that would make the physio automatically check him out, it's most unlikely any player would voluntarily choose to be potentially subbed in the biggest game of their lives by raising the possibility either.

They didn't send him, he was in Boston and decided to go himself

Dangerous to be concussed but Liverpool were never going to win that game. They need to let it go.

Genuinely believe karius will come good as a keeper.

But Liverpool need to stay out the media for a while and stop whinging.

There was a reason for him going though.
  • I think Ramos knew exactly what he was doing. A big time dirty player.

Brings back terrific memories of the good old days of Chopper Harris, Roy Keane, Peter Storey, Billy Brenner et al.
By the way, if Salah hadn’t initiated the contact with a deliberate arm grab......
