    They take their time. Nichols, to Maddison, but Byrne does well. Bauer clears, Novak fouled but no decision. Holmes gets it, lovely turn... fouled! Their player should be booked by now, I am unclear on which player.

    Ref is being fussy and petty with free kick location.

    Chix to Ulvs, nicely done, up against Lopes, back to Chix, crosses... hits Nichols and they clear. Byrne has it now, to Holmes, nice touch, to Ulvs, thinks about shooting, but doesn't. Holmes, crosses.. WATT! No, can't reach it with his head.

    24' Good move from the Addicks ends with Holmes crossing towards Watt at the far post but the Scot just can't reach it.

    Shrewsbury drop into the relegation places. Charlton currently 4 points off relegation places with better goal difference. Gillingham just 1 point above.

    Rudd goal kick, JFC heads it. Watt, to Novak, to Byrne, to JJ, forced back and in to Tex, to Ulvs, to Chix on the left, looks down the line, no dice, inside to Tex, we work it forward, end up crossing it but the keeper catches it. Nice move, best we have pulled off really.

    Holmes turn, and they clear and we have it, byrne now, and JFC drive is close but no cigar and a goal kick.

    They play around at the back, we nearly make the most of it. They like playing with fire. Cos they've got Billy Baldwin maybe...

    Bauer has it after they eventually go long. And we knock it about, back to Rudd, goes long to Lee, holds up well, to Ulvs, chips to Watt, nice here... closed down but Novak wasn't sharp enough to receive Watt's tricky nutmeg pass.

    They nearly got in behind but fucked it up.

    JFC through ball fails, tex now as we press, chicksen and holmes, but they clear and keep the ball

    Byrne now, left to JFC, looks for Holmes with a clever pass, Williams reads it. Back to us, JFC left to Chix, looks for Holmes, over his head, Williams clears. Forrest loses out to JFC? No, shrugged off. They push forward. Lopes forward for Posh, on edge of our box... Bauer cuts out the pass. Bostwick gets it back, goes right, cross into the box, overhit like every other bloody cross and long ball and goal kick to us.
