his Super Yacht, Ilona, was moored outside my building at South Quay in Canary Wharf in January and February of this year.

Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. Could have tied in a visit to the new Westfield being built in Croydon with a visit to a certain football club for sale in SE7.

That particular vessel has been there most years around spring hasn't it, outside Hazev restaurant? Would be a good base for a meeting in SE7 though!
