    Just spoke to a very well connected sports journo friend. 
    Dalman definitely in advanced talks.
     

    On Dalman: 'He's been great for Cardiff and now wants to go it alone. Isn't minted but knows plenty of people who are. Much better than Duchatelet but put it this way, if I shook his hand (Dalman) I'd count my fingers.'

    Not come out of nowhere, I'd mentioned Cardiff interest previously as had others. Though I had been told that the price had been mad and off putting. Whether the price has dropped or the promotion has made it more attractive I don't know.

    What will make me feel hopeful is if it gets reported that Roland is willing to move on the price. No sign of that yet!
