What's the penalty for breaking the NDA. I assumed it would be something like calling off negotiations etc. Which surely wouldn't matter if they've already backed out. Not a hell of a lot RD can do if they do break it.

As much as I want to hear any new development regarding Shitweasel selling the club by now I would take anything GM says with a pinch of salt. If the Aussies were serious about buying a club they would have told Roland to fuck off about a year ago and gone out and bought one.

Dalman and other groups have mentioned in passing that RD is hard to negotiate with but the Aussies have had over 2 years of " talks"
But I doubt anyone will care by then.
