My girlfriend is a lessor and has just been served a section 42 notice for lease extension. She needs a surveyor for a valuation but the one her solicitor has put her in touch with is asking for over the odds in my opinion. Before I go ringing round, anyone on here in that industry that may be interested in the work, or just giving some advice? Cheers.
