Im sure he'll be re-living that one for some time.

A special moment for him and his family as going through a rough time at the moment.

Fantastic strike. No Premiership keeper would have got that. I take pride that it took a shot of that quality to beat me!

Had I been on the pitch at the time, he wouldn't have scored.
When I went off it was 0-0. ;.)

was KB the geezer who scored then spent the 2nd game limping with a stiff leg as he pulled a calf muscle? he was trying to borrow scouse kev's crutches to get him to the loo and back!

Didn't see the goal, but sounds like a cracker from what I've heard, and well deserved.

Don't worry one & all, as soon as he's able you'll get a blow by blow description...................once his grin has eased enough to speak that is ;-)

Oh & fear not KB's son caught it all on tape, so expect it on Youtube before too long!

cheers Curb_it xx Daddy Killer was able to hear all about it today, his smile said it all!

Sorry all for jumping up & down & screaming like a banshee...............just knew how much it meant & how much he deserved it!

Yep that was me Suzi, sorry I didn't introduce myself. Felt very humbled as I asked about Kev's injury, put my little muscle strain into perspective.

Still chuffing hurt though, especially as I went the wrong way and had to hobble back twice as far again towards the gents. ;-/

An excellent piece of viewing KB none of us in the back four for one moment thought you would have a pop and made no attempt to close you down. A splendid strike, a worthy winning goal

All about the build up play for sure Morts. The flukey bit at the end was just icing on the cake. :-)
