Now that I've moved away from the area I use the site continuously to still feel a real involved Addick. My love for the club will have lasted 60 emotional years early next year.......I'll always be an Addick, till the day I die. Charlton Life......helping to keep the dream alive!
Due to work and family circumstances, most of my 50+ years following Charlton have been done from a distance, with sporadic visits to the Valley to rekindle enthusiasm. This forum has done more than anything to keep me engaged during the past 3 difficult years, and I thank you all for it.
Thanks to admin and to those that regularly do the match day threads. I'd also like to thank all those that gave their kind support when my sister died just before Christmas, it meant a lot to me.
Thanks to everyone who contributes to the site. This hasn't been an easy year for me personally but, through it all, I've clung on to CL for my Charlton news from afar. Hopefully, next year the on the field performances will be more uplifting.
Thanks to everyone from me. I visit the forum pretty much every day and there has been lots of laughs alongside the angry post match comments. Great to get all the latest news from here and discuss such a wide range of topics.
If there is a club left when these arseholes leave, the future success of it will be largely driven by the way Charlton Life has kept heart and soul of such a broad group together.
Wtf is going on here? No one is arguing!! Thanks from me too, I've met lots of great people, and gained good memories because of CL. It is a lifeline for us overseas.
@JiMMy 85 - an excellent breakout season on the match threads. Thanks very much for your efforts mate.
JiMMy 85, excellent prospect who has come through the system. but once again was forced to continue whilst carrying an injury, splinters do not heal themselves. But Lookie just stays in the Caribbean and never attends. No doubt Jimmy85 will be gone by the end of the year, posting match updates on some other site that can't be mentioned, undisclosed fee. Thanks all yous who run this site and to most who post on it. in such a modern social environment this site actually feels quite homely. all the usual spats and fall outs, the piss taking and laughs as most family's. Cheers CL.

It doesn't appear in the CL accounts ,
So I guess it is "undisclosed".
Thanks to the guys that do match previews and live updates - as I can"t always get to matches.
Great forum many thanks to everyone who makes it what it is.
uplifting.
Cheers all.

And why break the habit of a lifetime....well, the last 8 years ?
I love you all !

Keep it up, COYR
It's fun, most of the time, and we all need that.
Did my ticket for the end-of-season party get lost in the post?

RIP @red_murph and @nichorob
And......many Thanks
@AFKABartram and @LoOkOuT et al deserve a lot of credit for what I can only assume is one of the best club-specific football forums around.
And thanks to all the weirdos who post on here and make me feel like I'm normal, I'm sure that works both ways
thanks to all
