We have so many great supporters who have shown their commitment in the last two years in so many ways which reflect well on them and on our fanbase. Many of course have taken the message beyond the island to mainland Europe. Alan, if you recall, decided he would take a ceramic poppy from the Tower display to Jena, to offer the club and the fans a gesture of friendship. Jena is the club that Duchatelet does not actually own outright and they have not forgotten that Alan did this; nor that he travelled all the way there and back, alone, by train. He suffers from Parkinson's disease. His commitment to fight both the condition, and the awfulness of the Duchatelet regime is an inspiration to us all. Anyone who has met Alan could never accept for one second the portrayal Duchatelet and Meire offer of Charlton's protesters.
Have a great day, Alan. We will prevail.
