I've followed Livingstone's progress through the lions and seen him once or twice. I think he's a very good player in all formats at county level but at international level I think if he makes it, it will be as a test player and not in the limited overs stuff.
I said this before the game.
Overall a fairly disappointing result but a decent performance. Dawson bowled well as did everyone (bar Jordan). I really think Dawson is a top quality spinner in limited overs cricket. I would play him in every T20 for now and see how he does. Possibly pick him ahead of Moeen in ODI's.
I think we have a really good crop of fast bowlers. None of them world beaters but all of them very good on their day and can be relied upon.
It's our batting that sets us apart. We have real quality and real depth. As someone said above Billings will probably do best for England in the middle order but he is behind so many class players for those spots that he will never nail down a spot.

And he ends up never playing any cricket because he's constantly carrying the drinks.
Bairstow is rightly ahead of him now. But how do we get him into this side (assuming when all fit):
Roy Hales Root Morgan Stokes Buttler Moeen Woakes Plunkett Rashid Wood
Only real option would be to bring Bairstow in for Moeen and throw the ball to Root if we need a 2nd spinner. However, for T20 as opposed to an ODI, at least, we should rarely need our no. 7 to bat for more than a few overs anyway so losing a front line spinner doesn't make total sense.

I like the new kits.
If Hales, Root, Stokes etc had been playing, we would have won that at a canter.

Finding a spot for him in the ODI team if everyone is fit and in form is a tough one.
