The 7.30 8.43 and 9.43 from Euston are £22 single, there are trains every 10 minutes from Preston to Blackpool(and on the return leg) taking 30 minutes at £7.20 return.

The 19.01, 19.18 and 20.04 are all £22 single.

All prices are before a railcard discount.

From memory, last season CoveredEnd posted he went for a beer in Fylde and that was only £10 in a taxi, if so, this is a easier option than going in to Blackpool.

Just to add that some trains from Preston (boo yuk spit) go to Blackpool South. This is around 20 mins from the centre of town. Blackpool North is more central.
