Global cyber attacks

My computer has just shown the same message the NHS had... And my head of IT has come screaming round the office shouting at everyone to unplug their computers. Turns out WPP has been hit Globally and we are out of action for the forseeable.

Believed to have come via the Ukraine issue.

Anyone else affected?

WPP are one of my clients, they've been hit globally - they're on a complete shut down at the moment!

Yep we are on shutdown - in an emergency board meeting now.

BBC just rocked up outside the office and look like they are broadcasting.

This meeting is boring so am getting a Roland Out sign and am gonna run past in my pants waving that at the camera.

That should get their attention

If your Head of IT is telling you to unplug your computers then I fear it is too late!!

Thankfully our IT security is stronger than The Pentagon so we have nothing to fe ...............

What's your plan of action for this then? Are you told to go home and chill or are they getting the carbon copy paper out for you to work manually whilst they fire up the carrier pigeons?

Well, the NHS was slaughtered for having out of date systems and not upgrading when advised to. Probably rightly so. I wonder what Sir Martin Sorrell's excuse will be?

I know a fella in Deptford Broadway who may be able to fix it for you.....he does mobile phone repairs mostly but can tackle some computer repairs as well....his name is Jamal......tell him I sent you and if you're lucky he'll do you a special deal.

Worked with some WPP companies and they're full of idiots, just takes the one of them to click on something they shouldn't and poof

My friend has had this happen at their company too and they're completely wiped out. Were just told to go home apparently.
