From my reading the PL clubs will not be able to sign players from the 9th of August next year, but they will still be able to sell them until the end of the normal transfer window. Is it the same for EFL clubs?
Surely that leaves them open to losing their best players and not being able to sign replacements? Surely this puts them at a disadvantage to other European leagues?
Tottenham better start signing players sooner!
