It looks like the FA may have to get involved in the whole ownership saga after all. Brighton have queried Tevez's eligibility to play against them in the FA Cup.Linky

    Bit confused as to where the Premier League sits with the FA these days, if it's still the "FA" Premiership, surely the decision has already been made?

    If not, the FA will probably do what all big businesses do when they are confronted with something they don't want to deal with, chuck money at Brighton 'til they shut up...

    interestingly, next season will be the first time it is NOT the "FA Premiership", the "FA" tag is being dropped to make the independence of the Premier League clear
