Interesting article in today's Guardian focuses on Mansfield Town CEO Carolyn Radford.
Lots of sexism etc etc in football she says. No female managers, assistant managers or goalkeeping coaches. She says she sees it as her responsibility to speak out and encourage others to emulate her.
There's an insight on how / how not to get a position on the FA Council. Of course it mentions our beloved Katrien, and shows how her and Radford are chalk n' cheese in many respects.

if she's that bothered then she could have got herself a lady on one of the 2 occasions she's appointed a manager. I'm assuming that what she did instead was appoint the person she thought was best for the job

<img bit unfair .. nowadays Lil Stevie is only half the man he used to be .. (Mansfield are finding it far more difficult so far this season than I expected)
